Chief Executive Officer

Oded Rose

Oded Rose is an entrepreneur, executive and organizational leader with decades of experience founding, managing and scaling complex organizations. His work spans healthcare, industry, venture capital, academia and public affairs in Israel and internationally, with a particular focus on building cross-sector partnerships and translating strategy into execution.

Oded has led organizations and initiatives from inception through growth, including strategy formation, multi-stakeholder ecosystem management, investment processes, business development and organizational alignment. As CEO of the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce, he launched and led a federally funded healthcare initiative that developed long-term medical innovation collaboration between Israel and the United States. He also founded and managed Aurum Ventures, an early Israeli investor in medical technology, and served on the boards of numerous biotechnology and medical-device companies.

He founded HealthONE to connect healthcare organizations, academia, industry and public bodies and accelerate the system-wide implementation of healthcare innovation.

Orit Bozer, Adv.

Orit Bozer is a healthcare strategic consultant and attorney with extensive experience in policy advocacy, business development and cross-organizational program management. She has deep familiarity with the Israeli healthcare system and the interfaces among regulators, healthcare providers, hospitals, technology companies, patient groups and public institutions.

Orit specializes in mapping health-system needs, designing tailored service models and guiding programs from concept through implementation. She previously served as a senior advisor to Israel's Minister of Health, gaining in-depth experience in health policy, health economics and governmental decision-making. She has also developed technology-enabled services and care-delivery models for major healthcare organizations, including advanced homecare, remote services and resilient community-care capabilities.

Her experience includes regulatory and compliance pathways for piloting and scaling healthcare innovation, as well as managing a United States–Israel technology innovation program that connected companies and healthcare stakeholders across both markets.

Rinat Shiran-Rasky is a senior executive, attorney and registered patent attorney with more than 30 years of leadership experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. Her career operates at the intersection of science, intellectual property, law, innovation and business strategy.

Rinat has formulated and executed business strategies, commercialized innovation, structured international partnerships and led change in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations across dozens of markets. In senior global intellectual-property and international legal roles, she established and led international teams and transformed technical functions into proactive, value-generating business partners.

At HealthONE, Rinat supports innovation organizations and healthcare providers in moving from concept and pilot stages toward robust business models, strategic alliances, risk management and large-scale implementation. Her work combines regulatory insight, stakeholder alignment, commercialization strategy and end-to-end execution.
